DATAG 2024 Summer Conference

This session is designed for school building leaders, those who support school building leaders in the building, at the district level or in the community, and those who look to be a school building leader one day. During this session, Amy will share her research related to school building leaders and how they support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belongingness initiatives in the school building. Both quantitative and qualitative data sets and analysis will be shared to provide insight and next steps to be taken in support of DEI and belongingness for all.
